Pacer rack parts
N.O.S.: These are the "SEAL KIT, Power Steering Gear Rack-Piston according to the AMC Parts book 75-77. They list a one and two piece bulk head, which are all superseded by the two piece.
The small kit $40 ( on parts bag "rack piston seal service kit") has:
1) instruction Sheet
2) package of grease
3)nylon "O" ring 46 mm across
4)nylon sleeve 22mm long 34mm across
5)heavy black seal 41mm across w/about 27mm I.D.
6) a blue cup
7) two dust boot wire bands. small 29mm across I have

The big kit $ 55( on parts bag " one bulkhead kit") has:
1) The same blue cup
2) same grease package
3) two instruction sheets ( one is the same as in seal kit)
4) two large dust boot wire bands
5) large snap ring
6) large machined "thing" one end flat, the other has a taper 48mm O.D. 29mm I.O.
7) large "thing" with seal on inside with "O" ring on the out side. 48mm O.D. 27mm I.D. at the seal and 29mm I.D. at machined end.
I have 5 kits. I would say to do a proper job of it you would need both kits, as they have different seals.

Pacer 6cyl motor mounts
